Ashar adge is located at prime locetion and this construction is very well done and there is good space outside the flat as well , the view of the hill is looking very nice. Overall the flat is made very good .

After giving 1 star for their service now I am giving 4 star after their service. Still there is lot of scope for improvement.

Their site team does not take any responsibility after giving possession of flats. They just gives pathetic response when we called them for any work. Only there is one guy named Abhishek who is genuine.

Manoj Manmathan sir team was really good at every work. They have done ✅ their work properly as well as systematically in every small situations and issues related to the falt work without any hesitation

Project is kinda ok but it’s way too far and inside from commuting perspective. Currently no specific attraction for the project hopefully it will improve and during evening and night hours area is too quiet maybe due to low occupancy at the moment. Looks like possession is given in hurry as the look n feel is still like under construction project with lift n complete facility not managed or cleaned properly. Overall I would rate my visit experience at 1 out of 5.

As per Ashar group promises regarding community hall is not up to the mark which is too small. There is a design flaw in sky lounge area with drain vent opening spreading foul smell around these area giving bad impression while using it. Still Civil work is under progress and amenities are not completed yet. Found patch work at many floors are still pending. Debris lying at all floors. Its should be ensured that each and every floors to be handed over with clean from dust and debris and with all finished work before handing over to society.

Best localities, shopping centre and schools are near-by, 5mins walk in to metro station in 2 to 3 years

Good locality. Pricing is little bit higher but worth as project is located in Vasant vihar which not much crowded area and peaceful. Overall good experience. Hope for the timely possession which seems realistic. Sagar is best sales person I came across.
