I would like to share an experience where I got got to visit Skyline Imperial Garden, Kaloor. One of my friends got an apartment there. I was at awe with the whole surroundings. The whole thing is well maintained, excellent quality. The pool, the garden... It just mesmerized me. Well done Skyline and keep up the good work.

Excellent builder and givies excellent after sales service as well as homecare service. If you own an apartment of villa, it is an address for the owner and family.

The rental \ resale division is very inefficient. They are good at confusing clients.

I used the chat service on Skyline's website to enquire about a project in Kadavanthara. When I wanted info on pricing, the chat executive said the office staff would send it to me. So, I shared my email and WhatsApp no. All I got was a welcome email from their front office. It left me wondering why I'd wasted my time giving so much info online when their office staff didn't know what I wanted!

Anyway, I replied to the email, once again requesting for info on pricing. It took them 3 days to get back to me. But there was a catch - they wanted to talk to me on the phone! Still no on information on pricing in writing. I'm guessing Skyline staff are averse to writing emails.

I have a question for you, though - why this secrecy, Skyline? Why are you so cagey about sharing pricing over an email? There was only one conclusion I could logically draw - Skyline are that kind of company where the pricing varies once they talk to you and suss you out, perhaps to find out just how much money they can get out of you.

In the meantime, two other builders - Varma Homes and Veegaland Homes - readily shared pricing details via email/WhatsApp while Skyline were getting their act together. In the end, I booked a flat with Varma Homes yesterday. While I acknowledge that you'll find other customers to buy your products, I won't be recommending your name any time soon.

If you're considering buying from Skyline, do think about what happened with me so that they don't overcharge you. It's a shame that these people do not want to keep things transparent.

My experience with Skyline Builders on a value appreciation front is good, though i don't want to comment on any other aspects. The property i bought from them in 2005 is today in a prime location of kochi and i understand that it's value today is appreciated many folds. Thank you Skyline Builders.

Purchased one pre- owned apartement built by this builder. The quality of structure and finish is so poor that you can see the tapering in the wall without aid of any measuring devices. The quality of finish of tiles can be seen in all locations. Tiles are placed without proper cement filling, both on floor and on bathroom walls. The hollowness can be heard by the change in sound it produces while knocking with any object/ talking objects. Try drilling bathroom tiles, invariably it breaks due to lack of proper support. There are many more issues related to quality. Wonder how people are so ignorant about quality!!!.
