It's been more than 6 years I know this place(NTH90) via my relatives. It's a very good society with top notch security.
Quality of the flats are average but the facilities are quite maintained. They have parks, clubhouse with ATM, Gym, Swimming pool, Squas court, Souna/Spa, Table tennis, library, Carrom-Chess room, etc. They also have shop like Medical, Tailoring , Stationery, optical, and even supermarket.
And I must say, the quality of life is very nice there, when you look over the greenery from you high rise you feel different from other societies. In compare to delhi, Less pollution, less traffic, proper working society facilities, and DLF services, which make this society a great place. They even celebrate the all of the festivals with such enthusiasm.
Ram Leela NTH90 is worth to watch. Specially because of Mr. Ravi Batish who used to Ravan role. I am totally a Fan.
Average rent cost is around 25k.

Society approach and location is very inside from the main highway and it will take time for dwarka expressway road connectivity. Also, if compared to other dlf projects.. This society looks dull and very dim lighting. But as compared with other builders DLF maintains it's name. Good thing is club house and shopping centre inside the project.

Approach of tower A to K is not good . Approach road conditions is not so good, however inside looka better. You will find all rooms balcony in one side only so you can not have different view.
