According to the RERA licence number given to this project the final date of completion of project is 30th of June 2022 but today that is on 9th of April the structures are standing as if they are scaring you confusing you and they are asking whether I have been prudent enough to invest in such a project .Will it be completed in 3 months what will happen to my money invested the hard earned money as I belong to the middle class segment of the society.

Pls do not invest your money on their projects. They follow up badly for applying in their projects and once you change your mind your money is gone. They have not yet returned my 1 lakh though I have not filled any form and have not given any confirmation. Their so called RM behave very badly when you call them and ask for refund. Very unprofessional builder and doesn't bother bother to return your amount. Pathetic

Beware invester. These guys are befooling people by offering attractive schemes and whenever you buy the flat you will not get the things what they said. Moreover you don't have idea when will you get the procession.
Even the head office people are non professionals. Wrote theatter to Board members of signature but no solutions

Look nice but still under construction and taking lot of time we have booked 5 flats here and they are taking too much time we still not have access to them

An upcoming housing project with 2 bhk and 3bhk builder floors spread in 30 acres of land. Going to be a good place to live in future. A new access road from Kunjpura village road side is now in operation. It is now directly linked to sector 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.
Signature offered possession and habitation has started in society. It's now a happening place.

My name is AmanPreet my father has booked a shop in their commercial complex but because of some emergency we had cancelled that booking, its been more than 2 years they have not return the booking amount..now i will go to the court.

No Playground, No Fiver Wi-fi Network, No Call Network, No Gym Facility, No Stuff Club, Just a Building by an unprofessional architect. If You Have Extra Money to waste then buy one flat in SG City,

Environment much better than other place.
