Worst Experience ever by any HR department I had been in contact.I had appeared for walk-in, 2 days later I received a call from HR department Abhishek and he told that you are selected and made a negotiation in salary package and later asked for relevant documents and told me to wait for 2 days for offer letter. I waited for 3 days but haven't got offer letter. So i called and asked for the issue because i was getting another offer at same time with same package, at that time I had been told that you are selected so don't worry, and it is taking time because there are many candidates. Later I waited for 7 days and called back to him, he shared me the number of another HR Priyanka and I discussed the same with her, she also told me to wait for 2 days and I will get offer letter. Another time I waited for 3 days and then I tried to reach to her on call but she was not responding, later I called from different number and now she received, so i asked her patiently but again same response i got that you will get the letter. Now after 10 days She is telling me that your profile is on Hold and we will contact you when we have requirement. My question is if you don't have requirement then why did you told me to wait for 10 days and made hope, because of your poor decision making behaviour I had lost a fair offer from another company. HRs decisions are the most effective part for any company's reputation. And because your poor decision making skill you people had created a bad image of PSP for one candidate who lost a good offer.
