You can find almost every accessory of computer. They take very less time in repairing. Yes price is a little bit high. But products are very good. And now they started mobile repairing also. Behavior is very good and after warranty period is over they listen your all problems carefully no matter how small it is.

I have experienced worst service here. My laptop display container was broken. So , I asked them to replace that one . They told 3000 rs required for that. Now that particular parts price is 500 rs only (Another service shop told me that) . So basically they have taken 2500 extra just for replacement work . Okay that's no problem .I thought their technician has good experience that's the reason of over charging. But unfortunately he is noob. During replacement he has broken my laptop base willingly and asked me to pay another 2000 rs for the base replacement .During the replacement he again broke my new display container. This is insane. I have never seen such a irresponsible behaviour from a technician in any laptop service center in my whole life. So obviously I will not recommend you to visit there. I am attaching picture of the new broken display container with this review as a proof.

Better than kataruka forms and computer

Actually i am editing this review based on new information. We requested for screen repair as the screen of dell laptop was cracked . Now the shop replaced it by charging 8000. Very good no issue !!! And to correct you Mr owner the free service was offered to us and 2-3 persons offered different timelines of completion and no timeline was perfect. Lastly i will not take name of the person - but he said that the dell repairperson based out of kolkata / asansol/ durgapur said that it can't be repaired in warranty. We insisted on paying the money as laptop was needed at that time . ....No issues very good service . Only issue was the sales tactic to push to a paid product and please don't deny this and confirm it from your sales guy.

After 3 months ...

Now due to some unforseen circumstances the hinge was broken and this time we went to that " reputed shop " where the hinge was repaired by dell authorized servicemen who said that the screen replaced was duplicate.This is the actual issue . Now say whom to blame?

Hate this...I brought a laptop a year ago and it's performance is very unsatisfactory.... very poor service .....they told me at the time of purchase to give 5 star....but now I see you should be given negative rating
