When you are going to buy - their behave is good like you are a god - but service time they'll ignore you - dn't have any responsibility - 1. Today is not possible come tomorrow 2. He'll tell tomorrow 'i'll update you' - but 3 after days no response - you have to call regularly. - than they'll tell 'update you tomorrow again' - so funny. I am feeling few gap on their responsibility.

Very Expensive. They will convince you to buy their old products. Before you buy here, took proper knowledge of your laptop or they will fool you..they tried to fool me like...Dell Inspiron 5502 is better than Dell Inspiron 5518..but i knew what to buy and what not.
