No better options available for laptop buyer. Not even maintaining laptop bags stock though the customer is willing to purchase. Surprisingly, they don't even have envelopes to carry bill. Additionally, they charge
INR 500 approx for card payment. Next time when you visit for purchase I would suggest to carry a backpack to avoid bare hands pick up.

The staff at this place find it very inconvinient to tell the features of the products ....they feel as though they are doing a big favour .It is the customers right to know all the features of a product ...if they dont know the features of a particular product they can as well shut down .They have no idea about even standard features and appeared to be just whiling their time away at the store .Two questions and they appeared very irritated . They are very rude and infact have challenged me to post my experience on the web.Been a HP customer since decades ,this single experience has completely changed my opinion abt HP.It is not about the product but also abt people who are employed to sell them, if HP feels customers have no other choices ,sorry,there are many...it is only that we trusted the brand all these years for some reasons...if that trust is broken ...it doesnt take much time for empires to fall ....

The staff don't have enough patience to deal with customers, moreover humiliates customers , had very bad experience.

Don't buy products employees irrespective response for complaints

Please go for another store. Here employees are worse and irresponsible. Store won't open till 11:30 am. And employees won't come till 12:30pm
