Not a good place for customer service and customer satisfaction. They are not really worried about the customer experience only they will see to get extra money however means it is possible. I don't recommend this tech Media retail shop to anyone. Please be careful when this bloody Google recommends this in search results. Please be aware of these fraudsters and cheap fellows who act for money

Dell service center - Worst experience, i gave my laptop to install SSD and windows 11 but they installed SSD and windows 10. I already have windows 10 in my laptop for that they charged 700 rupees. Waste of money. Clearly explained to the lady who is sitting in the reception. Dell service center should not do this kind of mistakes.

Gave laptop for service in showroom. Charge got changed and they dint accept . Poor service response . Service is also given in third party to Coimbatore
