Mr. Ismail explained us patiently about all the options available… And based on our budget he helped us to narrow down… the model which I asked was not available at that time but they ordered and made available within two days…
The manager is a Techi.. he gave very good details about the laptops which I had no idea about…

The dell exclusive store is best choice to visit for your dell devices. The staff is really kind by all ways. The only problem is they are taking too much price and charges. Same product I bought 2600 online they say for 3500 (ssd wd blue 250gb).They are also taking too much charges around 750.

Pretty much nice service 👍 from the Dell store ... Staff was so calm to explain everything ...no matter how many times asked ... 3 times he briefed us the available models ... Only thing is they doesn't seem to have demo of laptop .. what they were selling and one on the demo was out of stock .. it has it Authorized service center ..just above the store on first floor ...

Here i bought a laptop three month's before, that manager is very knowledgeable person explained latest technologies in laptops and shows several demo laptop's he assist me to buy a laptop without confusion. I am very much satisfied with the Laptop and thanks for complementary bag. I have got some discount for combo pack of keyboard and mouse.
