Customer experience can be better !

My own experience : one of my friend just bought a laptop and was excited about it but after setting it up, Microsoft office was not included as "free" as mentioned on the box. I don't know what could be the problem but ....just wanted to share this !

It is a small show room. I purchased battery for my Dell Inspiron 14, 3441. In charge is very polite and addressed all my questions.

I don't know about service but look from outside is very good and clean

They've limited products, if you order a product they can arrange it within 7 days

Excellent services, honest staffs, good environment

They don't have Much models at display

It was a great experience in buying the product from Dell store. The product is very good . As a costumer I am fully satisfied with it . Thank you Dell .
