Best shop in dimapur as they provide excellent after sales services. Polite behavior is cherry on top.

Employees are polite but the manager and proprietor/owner present there have very very… very poor communication skills. Words coming out of their mouth become words. They never update you about products or orders you’ve enquired/placed. I will never visit the shop again. I’ll even insist my friends not to go there. I’m from an IT background and I won’t recommend any customers with very few knowledge about electronic items or computers to go there without doing some research on the internet. I’m also surprised that they are not even updated about some popular and demanding computer items which is already getting outdated. Very disappointed with the experience I had with them. I was patient but not anymore.

They gave our laptop without the charger after repairing it and they are not even bother about it or now did they call us to take our charger. Never gonna go there such a scam people.

I dont know for what reason they update thier phone number in the reciept or bill.they never answer the calls i dont know for what reason.please provide a specific number in which a customer can reach you.
