It has somewhat qualified computer technicians but the last time I went there to get my computer fixed cause it was "bootlooping"
They couldn't find out why even after 2 hours of testing
So I did some research and found out that I need to change the SMPS which they didn't find out...
Unless you are buying computer or peripherals don't visit this place for repairs

Best place to buy laptops, printer, ink etc at cheap rate. Major repairing also done by experienced and skilled operators. Staffs are friendly and not forgetting the tea offered to us while we wait

It's where you can go for a good pc service.
But it can improve on managing more computer accessories for a more versatile experience.
The staffs are informative for newbies who have not much knowledge on computers.

I am not a valued customer by any standard. But ECA is my IT lifeline. all my office/home equipments bear “ECA”
The proprietor and Staff are customer friendly. I’ve no issues in after sales service. They will even order a single piece whatsoever if you need. They are always there for everyone. I owe you ECA.

My printer ran into a problem (Canon Ip 2770) and it wasn't detecting any paper. so I took it to the repair center and told them about the problem and the reply I got was that the gears in my printer were all messed up and they can't fix it, which was surprising cos I never used my printer for any heavy duty photo printing or general heavy printing as well. I told them to try fixing the PE (paper) sensor (*after I extensively researched about the issue on the internet) and I would pay them for any spare parts they can order. But they flat refused saying the problem was with the gears. Anyway, after buying the PE sensor spare part online and installing it myself, my printer started working as usual, which was the exact problem I told the repair center about. My money saved and trust in that repair centre lost. LOL

Friendly environment... Very happy with the staffs. I would really recommend for the newbees to visit atleast once and avail informations on various IT items.
Just say the word and they will guide you.
