Employees are well behaved, but not so good relationship between the customer and the owner. Get all the offered (committed) products before purchasing the product. Otherwise you may face issues and sudden change in the behaviour of the owner.
Reply: Sir, it's not about the headphones, it is all about the commitment which you made when I am purchasing the product. You promised something and wanted to deliver something else, that's the only issue.

I had to buy a laptop immediately and hence I rushed to the store. The suggestion of the product given by Rahul (Store Manager) was perfect and even better was the service provided within 24 hrs despite the complexity of configurations I wanted.
