Worst experience ever. Kept laptop for 2 months when they said they will repair it in 3-4 days. Kept ignoring our calls, kept telling us some or another part is faulty even when I asked initially, all parts were fine except faulty part. And ultimately charged lot more money than what they promised initially. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Worst place, the steal parts and also the create fake problem and also they install local cheap parts but they charge the price of original parts, because general costomer is unaware, they dnt use dell orginal parts, they only greedy for money, specially owner, he is thug...very rude person. I think #dell must think ABT there this #customercare .... they are also ruining the name of dell as well.....
