I have been a client of Phonix Computers, Karkala, since almost 10 years. I am a basic user of desktop PC, for home use. Earlier,I had gotten fed-up with the frequent repairs and break-downs with my PC. I had gone to nearly 10 -12 repair persons. After I found Phonix Computers, i felt i was in safe and trustworthy hands. The breakdowns had reduced in frequency and Mr.Girish, owner and sole repair-person of Phonix Computers, would even guide me on the phone if a break-down could be fixed by me; being considerate so that i did not have to carry the PC to his shop. 2 months back I shifted nearly 60 kms away. Unfortunately, my computer broke down, so I had to approach a nearby big computer repair shop, in the heart of the city. They took nearly 15 days and told me that nothing could be done and no spare parts were available for that PC. So I had to carry the PC all the way back to Phonix Computers. Mr.Girish repaired the same within 3 days! Mr.Girish is always polite, well-mannered, humble, always smiling, helpful, soft-spoken, hardworking and dedicated to his work, honest and reliable, his charges are reasonable, does not indulge in time-pass talk, he has an attachment to every computer he repairs and surprisingly remembers the parts changed by him even after 2 years, he always seeks feedback and likes to constantly learn, has a good work ethic, he loves his work hence he never seems to get tired, he will advise you by keeping your best interest in mind, if asked - he explains why a problem may have occurred. His dedication toward the quality of his work may be understood by his limiting his service area as he believes he will not be able to provide good service if he undertakes more than he can handle. The other advantage is that he is the single point of contact and service. What happens in big shops is that there are 3 or 4 persons handling your communication and the equipment, so you do not have a one on one interaction with the actual person who is repairing, this leads to communication issues and finding the actual problem. The fact that Phonix computers is running a sustainable, expanding and evolving business is proof that one can earn his living and lead a happy and contented life by being and remaining honest.

Purchased a HP Laptop one year ago, best after sales service experience so far and also got my laser printer toner refilled here at a reasonable price. I highly recommend phonix computers.

Tue computer repairing guy was not at that satisfactory level he didn't fixed my pc after that i only resolved my problem. This was my experience yours may be different.
