Definately not recommend the product and their services as they are horrible and make you harrass. I purchased a lappy worth 50k on Nov'22 for personal use and within few days the battery gone. They replaced it after rigourous follow ups in Jan again after a week same concern. They are bunch of unprofessionals which will spoil your product and experience.
Its a horrible combination of poor service and a poor product. Misorganised and mismanaged team and the service head Mr. Basant Rana is highly unprofessional as he dosen't bother customers concern.

I have purchased a laptop, neither they sectionalize the memory before handing over nor they have proper idea of extended warrantee. I have paid for 2year extended warrantee with accidental benifit but actually the scheme was for only one year.
