Very bad experience i have brought many things laptop, desktops, printers .. inspite of this they didn't give good services. I lost my three printers in 3years due to their services. I won't recommend anyone to purchase anything from here.

Well service, deals in brands with cheap rates

My experience was so disturbing that I cannot tell. I went to this shop, I had to check my laptop because there is a problem in it. What owner do is, took my laptop, turned it on and said that there is a problem with the hard disk within a minute. He didn't do anything and ask me for 300 rupees and when i questioned him for what, he said for troubleshooting your laptop problem, in a very wrong tone. And when i ask the owner for bill, he refused and started misbehaving with me and my brother and starting shouting us to get out from his shop. So, with this review i am awaring the readers to please avoid this shop for repairing your laptops, its just a scam and nothing.

He is thief, fraud cheater. Dell please don't give exclusive outlet to just anyone. This is charged me 300/- rs to just enter the shop. Did not hold my laptop for even a minute and asked me to be pay. And the very rudely was arguing. Worst experience, don't enter his shop.

I had such a terrible experience at this place that I want to give zero stars but sadly, that's not an option.

The owner and sales executives of this store display highly disrespectful behavior especially towards women. They are extremely rude and highly incompetent people who lack basic etiquettes. They are extorting money by damaging laptops.

They couldn't repair my laptop rather they damaged it further. They had the audacity to ask for service charge because they spent around 1 hour damaging my laptop. When I asked them to give my laptop back in the same condition as I brought, the owner started demeaning me. When I resisted, their technician started shouting on me and he almost tried physically harming me. I think he thought he could easily scare a woman with this kind of attitude. I managed somehow because I wasn't alone at that time.

My feedback in nutshell is, they are extremely incompetent and ill-mannered people who are capable of mental harassment and physical violence. Never go alone in their store or rather never visit their store at all.

Good..you will get new as well second hand model ...they have facility of repairing them also ..but.you have to pay a bit high price for it...but it only dell exclusive showroom in nearby area so you don't have a option ...i will suggest this shop is good but takes a bit more money on repairing laptop as campared to other shop ...thats why i have given 3 stars.
