Most worst experience. I have bought laptop from them it was not working properly and they guys Did not resolve my problem. Don't ever visit this store. Feeling cheated. 0 rating out of hundred.

They will not deserve this star. Don't Buy product from this place. They are providing a defective product to their customers and at the time of sale, they do false promises i.e. if you have any issues we are helping you but they ask us to contact to their service centers.

Excellent staff! Wanted a laptop which was out of stock. They called me as soon as it was available.

Worst service they took my laptop for repair . They gave back to me after 2 days by saying it can't be repair. They returned my laptop in worst condition . My laptop keyboard is not working they broke the laptop. Worst worst worst place .

Service of this HP dealer is extremely poor. When one purchases products from him, the dealer behaves fine, however when the product is already sold to the client, he rarely, rather just doesn't bother about rendering after sales service.

I strictly DO NOT Do NoT recommend this dealer if you are looking for a good after sales assistance. A BIG NO and THUMBS DOWN to this dealer.

Bought an HP laptop from here and it turned out to be defective within a month.
When i asked them for a replacement, they said they can't do anything about it and i would need to raise an online complaint, even though it was their fault for giving me a defective piece.

Horrible experience at HP world Galeria. Gave a HP laptop for screen change. I was promised the delivery of laptop on 05 Jul 21. There was no update on the delay and on visiting the store on 07 Jul 21, I was informed that laptop could not be repaired as charges were incorrectly quoted and they demanded Rs 7500 instead of Rs 5000 as discussed earlier. Shopkeeper wasn't even ready to take up the responsibility for failing to inform saying that they did not have my contact number while it was clearly mentioned on the slip. After taking the laptop back ( which was found badly dusted) they immediately brought down the quote to Rs 6000. Eventually I took back and the laptop unrepaired after wasting 05 days and 02 visits. Highly disturbing and unprofessional behavior of owner and staff. Plese avoid this store.
