These people are fraud. If there would be - stars, I would have given that. They took 1200 rs for repairing my laptop and it didn't work for 2 hours properly. When I went on shop and told it is not working. They forced me to accept that they have repaired it properly. Now there is some new issue in the laptop. Before giving my laptop to them, I have shown them video also for the problem which was there in the laptop. The whole staff and owner were shouting on us, asking us to accept that there is some new issue in the laptop. When we did not accept, they just insulted us and returned 600 rs to us. They think they are the only store which takes care of the laptop. I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour of a shop owner. I would rather suggest go to Tally Prime in Munger, you will find correct solution with helpful behaviour. These people do not know how to behave.
