Bardhaman is the leading District of West Bengal for supplies of Rice. As such Agricultural College is needed & their role will play a responsable role for future.

Visited the college twice. As an outsider, all I know is this college is still in its developmental phase. No doubt though, that the progress is rapid, since it opened in 2014.
Sprawling across ~75 acres of land, this college is one of the best place to study agriculture. Now they've good infrastructure. There are teachers who take classes regularly. There are adequate hostels - 2 for boys (bidhan & bibek abas) & 1 for girls (maitreyi abas). There are farms for practicals and research purposes and multiple playgrounds. There are auditoriums, laboratories, computer training center, district seed farm, integrated farming system unit, guest house, কিষান মান্ডি and a famous 'মাটিতীর্থ' - an initiative by WB CM.
Hostels are clean, food quality (lunch & dinner only) is satisfactory. Lot of trees gives you comfort. Calm, peaceful ambience. Roads through college open to villages directly, though efforts are being made to bulid boundary walls.
There's integrity among the students here, in a good way. And mind it, you may have a chance to study here only if you score >90% in boards.

A good environment... Close to nature... Well maintained college and hostels... Beautiful gardens and fields... This college is a sub campus of Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Mohanpur, Nadia, West Bengal.... This college though had only Bsc (honrs) Agriculture courses, the teaching faculty is quite good... The students studying here are also good in studies since they came here after a fulfulling a strict cut off and a huge competition between students.
Though it's not so developed like the main campus, it's quite beneficial for good concentration in studies. This college is just 4 yrs old!

Best college. My dream land.

Big campus, Great Atmosphere, Good Building, Experience Teacher, High Class equipments, All kind of field for Agriculture Study and examination. Good hostels, Very good locality, outside town. Public Transportation Bus, Riksha, Toto all time available from all corner of town.

An Extension Campus of BCKV, Mohanpur in Barddhaman

I'm a student of this college (batch 2018-2022) . A great experience. New academic building and administrative building is great and faculty is so helpful.
