As this district is least educated and job oriented facilities are poor ..thtswhy coaching is important for competitive exam at the campus by the Honorable faculties.

They are setting up an Astronomical Observatory starting with two 10" Newtonian reflectors with Dobsonian mount, and one 8" Go-To. Dr. Santu Chakraborty of Physics dept. is very active in this aspect. Principal Dr. Pijush Kumar Das is very supportive. Fortunate to have met them there during an observation session. All the best.

This college better for middle class and lower class students.In this college faculty are so good and familyer. Teachers are experienced,so study quality is high.This college all departments are available l,like mathematics, chemistry, physics, economic,history, Bengali etc. In fornt of the college have two tea stolle one cafe. All time toto are available for students.
