I attended the bakery workshop conducted by Chef Shorya Kapoor in ICT Mumbai.The workshop was amazing, informative and fun.I really enjoyed the bread making techniques and the tips given by chef for making good cakes chocolates and bread.Chef Shorya was so warm welcoming and generously shared his knowledge of baking. Overall the workshop was a great learning experience.

Attended the Workshop which took place in Bombay. The Workshop taught many new things and ideas. The best part was of the chocolate's. Bt was bit upset on the arrangements and the organising team. And Hope to learn muffins and more chocolates in the next Mumbai Workshop. All the best 👍🏻😊

I spent almost three months learning artisan bakery at Aibtm. All the teachers and staff are very helpful and nice.. earlier i was worried that whether i’ll get enough knowledge from here or not .. but Ashni mam helped me to gain confidence.. And m very thankful to Raj Kapoor sir for Honouring me super pastry chef trophy..Teaching is just a profession for many. But when a teacher takes it as a passion and Art its immense benefits go to their students. Yes! This is what is happening at Aibtm.

I have by far had an incredible experience learning at AIBTM. I highly recommend this institute for anyone who is aspiring to become a Baker and want to learn baking from scratch. The kids really enjoyed the baking camp. The Chefs were very friendly with all the kids and the number of recepies practiced were much more than what we had expected. Very professionally conducted classes and overall a fantastic learning experience.

Hi, I am Ramana Donthu, working as Head of Quality control & Product Development Department in one of the leading Dairy, Beverage and Bakery products manufacturing companies in Kuwait (gulf country). I would like to share my experience with AIBTM to help the people who are exploring to get 100% technical knowledge in Bakery Technology.
I have been dealing with the international food ingredient suppliers and their technical teams for 5 years. Regarding Bakery ingredients, product & process optimization and final product evaluation I had so many queries and those were not clarified by the technical teams of Bakery ingredients.
Then I had decided my self to do a deep technical course in Bakery Science & Technology, to fulfill my requirements. When I was searching for the best institute in India, some food ingredients suppliers from Dubai suggested me AIBTM, they told me that it is the best institute in India to learn Science and Art. Then I started an enquiry on AIBTM. My friends from Bangalore also suggested me to choose AIBTM. I took one month time to decide the best institute and finally I had selected AIBTM and joined there.
I had done the certificate course "Applied Bakery Science & Technology". Honestly telling, what I heard from the suppliers and friends was 100% correct. AIBTM has dedicated, highly qualified, technical training staff for both Science & Art. The institute has highly equipped, spacious training R&D labs. They will take personal care on each student. Their cafeteria is very fine, I found that the food is better than the local hotel food, atmosphere is fantastic, overall it is an excellent place to gain competitive technical knowledge.
After doing my course, I had started to optimize the existing Bakery recipes and processing and dealing in a better professional way with the international ingredients suppliers.
I hope this information will be helpful for the knowledge thirst people.

It was a really good experience of mine to be a student of AIBTM and learn from here..I am complete beginner for baking industry but u still learned alot of thing in BTC course..All the teachers were really good and helpfull in teaching.
