I have been dealing with the international food ingredient suppliers and their technical teams for 5 years. Regarding Bakery ingredients, product & process optimization and final product evaluation I had so many queries and those were not clarified by the technical teams of Bakery ingredients.
Then I had decided my self to do a deep technical course in Bakery Science & Technology, to fulfill my requirements. When I was searching for the best institute in India, some food ingredients suppliers from Dubai suggested me AIBTM, they told me that it is the best institute in India to learn Science and Art. Then I started an enquiry on AIBTM. My friends from Bangalore also suggested me to choose AIBTM. I took one month time to decide the best institute and finally I had selected AIBTM and joined there.
I had done the certificate course "Applied Bakery Science & Technology". Honestly telling, what I heard from the suppliers and friends was 100% correct. AIBTM has dedicated, highly qualified, technical training staff for both Science & Art. The institute has highly equipped, spacious training R&D labs. They will take personal care on each student. Their cafeteria is very fine, I found that the food is better than the local hotel food, atmosphere is fantastic, overall it is an excellent place to gain competitive technical knowledge.
After doing my course, I had started to optimize the existing Bakery recipes and processing and dealing in a better professional way with the international ingredients suppliers.
