Can I do bsc food technology in this college?

I have had a very bad experience with this college. I went to the college to get my marksheet and the department that will give the marksheet belongs to Professor Utkarsha.
I told them i want my marksheet , they asked me the name, year and the professor said I am very busy and can't give it today
You come later .. and I go next time then again thae professor utkarsha said I am very busy you come later. After going for the third time, they gave the marksheet.
But the professor utkarsha's attitude was very arrogant.
I felt that I made a mistake by taking admission in college.
and mr. Chairman I requested not to put such an errogent professor on such a respected post

Worst college ever... No teaching staff ... 0 placements .. 0 activities.. I suggest you all of you.. Who read my review... Get admission some where...
