1 who attend the call should have minimum courtesy talk politely...what an arrogant fellow.....i dont feel well to pursue...damn

There are some morons sitting there and ruining the name of a central university. Me and my friends called them to know the recent admission details and whenever we call them they acts like district collector, they hesitate to share the details and tells us to go and check the website.if we ask one more question they will disconnect the call before finishing the conversation. If we want to grab the details from the website we can access it anytime then why this idiots are sitting there??
Pathetic experience!!

Opens at 1 pm. The teacher there is very helpful you'll get all relevant information from him.

WORST ignou Study Center ever......Very careless staffs.
No responsibility on submitted assignments.... They are handling it carelessly which costs loss of Assignments submitted...The valuation of Assignments are so pathetic... Those who invest sufficient effort and time on their assignment will don't receive judicious grades... They are not even looking at the assignments and give marks as their wish... Those who wrote assignments well and those who are not wrote well is been treated equally.... Shame on these evaluators who doesn't value the efforts of students...
Utter pathetic... Those who choose here as ignou study centre please step back.. U dont get any justified marks to ur efforts as these evaluators evaluate the assignments with zero knowledge... Shame on the staffs..

The location and the facilities are alright. The only thorn is the bearded middle aged guy in the office. He's arrogant, despicable and always in a bad mood. He'll confuse the students more than helping them out. It's not just my opinion, but the general consensus of all the students I've talked to there. IGNOU, please do the needful.

Unacceptable and arrogant behaviour from the office staff. The guy, who seems to be the clerk or peon is deliberately insulting students. He is ill mannered and lacks culture. He don't know how to speak properly like a civilized man. I hope some action will be taken against him as complaints are piling about his attitude. Shame on the authorities for continuing with such people.
Today I saw him harassing a guy who came to write exam. The student(who was a middle aged guy) left without writing the exam.!!

The old employee there is terrible. He is so arrogant and talks without manners to everyone. He is in aggressive mode from the word go. Not ready to explain things to students.Won't show respect to parents. I don't know why no one is taking action against him.He is capable of single handedly ruining the good will of IGNOU. Pathetic..pathetic is his manners...or the lack of it.
SHAME ON THE RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE FOR LETTING SUCH ARROGANT AND CULTURELESS PEOPLE TO WORK THERE. No accountability and no responsibility. Nobody cares about the students. The behaviour of the staff is like that of the erstwhile feudal lords to their slaves. Oh my bad..even slaves used to get better treatment than this.

The peon or clerk(the old bearded guy) sitting in the office is too arrogant. He don't know to talk politely even to women. Let alone politely,he doesn't even know how to speak with manners. He behaves as if he is the King of begone time or something. How can someone be such mannerless?? He should be suspended for his behaviour.
When I asked about a particular information,he questioned me whether I am blind or dumb? He says the info is supposedly written somewhere there. This is not the single incident. He insulted me a couple of times earlier too.
There are a lot of complaints against him. However, nobody takes action.
