This is the worst place I have ever been so far. Never get admission in this college. Even teachers don't come to class. As I have seen most of the teachers come here just to gain experience. The class rooms are not good. Looks very old and doesn't look like the one which are shown in the video. The labs doesn't have proper number of equipments. We had to share the equipment turn by turn just to complete our labs. Even in our final exams we had to do the same. The syllabus was not even covered to half of the portions. We had to study all by ourselves.
Coming to hostel, we didn't have any hot water. They had solar installed but, most of the panels were not working and we wouldn't get any hot water. The hostel fees was ₹50,000 and it was not worth the money. Also, we didn't had any power during night. They would cutoff the electricity just to save the bill amount. Also, there was no water after 12 PM. Even if someone had to take a dump they had to carry the water in the bottle. You could imagine if such person was carrying enough amount of water to flush the dump as well. There was no proper maintenance of bathrooms as well.
Talking about placements, there were none. As the college is situated outskirts of Bangalore, there were not even a single one. They hired a placement officer to improve this situation, but even that was not possible as the percentages were very less in the marks of the students as they were not able to score more as the portions were not completed upto the mark. Also they didn't refund our placement fees which we paid 15,000 every year (for 4 years).
About transportation, there is one train at 07:45 AM and another at 09:40 AM and last one at 12:15 PM from majestic. After that, there are no trains from Bangalore to college. While returning from college, we had one train at 01:30 PM and another one at 04:45 PM. If we miss the last, there are no other trains. The bus also leaves at the same timings, I. e. , 04:45.
This college was run by Late former MLA Chennigappa and his son D C Venugopal. They just kept this college to collect donations.
My dear brothers and sisters, kindly DO NOT JOIN this college. You will spoil your future like we did. I would recommend any college other than this.

Very good Engineering College, affiliated to VTU, offers Quality Education at very economical fee structure. all Engineering Department has highly qualified and experienced staff.students should utilized the staff knowledge.. even one of student got gold medal from vtu for mechanical department. Students should explore their knowledge and study well sincerely.

Dr. Smce is the best college to pursue BE degree in branches of your choice. Excellent infrastructure, dedicated faculty, very good laboratory facilities Train and bus facilities from Bangalore and tumkur doddaballapur. Based in a lush green campus. Affordable fees structure and useful for every engineering aspirant. Boys and Girls hostel with good canteen, shops and other facilities.
