I hate the way the reception staff behaves.. come on man you don't own the place.. if you are a servent than serve. Moreover the more literate they are the more attitude they have.. don't let some sophisticated people sit on the front to represent the college. The only bad impression in past 4 years of college life.

They should improve their administrative facilities.
