In Basugaon, Salakati, Dangtol area this is one of the College and this is under Guwahati University. Located into north side from Basugaon market besides Basugaon-Kashikotra road. This is a Arts streams English and Assamese medium college.Junior College for H.S level and senior level or college level for BA, BCA, BBA in here. Name of ex.principal of the college is Ranen Ch. Muchahary. More than 950 students studying in this year. More than 40 teaching and non teaching staff here. Constructing buildings for develop classroom capacity. In shortly the college going to teach in Science and Arts both the stream.
I am studying in the college. And I think it's the best college in Assam.

Its not just a college for text book study but it create a ,attitude ,self independent , personality .which usually needed for a student.moreover this college gives us so much to achieve our goal.

Basugaon is a small town of Assam.There are few good ones educational institutions. Basugaon College is only one of the college at Baugaon.The stream of Basugaon College is arts.
