Quality food and also good service.
Cutlet is the best one. But masaladosa is below average
Not have parking and small space inside the hotel

This is regarding Indian coffee house located in fornt of Guruvayur temple east nada... I had a good experience before with other coffee house shops located in ekm, alley side.. but today after having the food from this hotel it gave a such a different experience.. Very poor quality of food served. tea coffee is watery. I didn't have the coffee and came out. Food that waiter was only interesting in serving masala dosa and ghree roast. The sambar/chutni watery. Very bad I felt after eating from there. No value for money for the food they serve.

Nice experience. Serves consistently good quality food. My favourites include masala dosa, vada, passion fruit juice, tea and coffee. Very popular.

Very Unhygienic. Ordered Puri Masala, it was too oily and the oil was also very old. Even coffee was poorly made. I would suggest going to Sukh Sagar or Saravana Bhavan both of which are nearby.

From the first look from outside you will feel like its really small room, but inside its lengthy and can accommodate many people. Food is tasty and good enough like any other ich. The service some times will be delayed as its a crowded restaurant. Washroom facility is one floor up and you have to climb a congested stairs.

Why do you keep this open? Unhygienic to the core. My parents went to eat plain dosa. They said they offer only ghee roast. They kept requesting and the waiters very adamant that no plain dosa will be served.
Dude, you guys need to learn some basic customer service!!!
Never again I will go there.

I have been there 3 days back and it was really hell

Food is nice. Service is not too quick. Its not the preperation or the serving that takes time. Its the time taken to get the attention of staff to come to our table. I dont think there is a down time at this place. Always crowded. Very near the temple and a good place for a break. Do tey out their cutlet. This branch of ICH is pure Veg..
