While buying they say you can get it changed, but while exchange they say show the bill.

It was a GIFT from a friend. How can I ask for the bill. The Tag is on , only price is colored black. Check your product key / code and verify it.

This happened to me at Kolkata Mani Square outlet, where i shopped for nearly 10k and this was the situation.

I request the management to look into it.

Ethnic wear looks simple but excellent fabric at a slightly higher price

Poor collection.....tired people managing the showroom.

Cost to Quality ratio is terrible. They even lack the so called brand value.

Staff are well-mannered. Stocks are superb. Fantastic to me. Like to visit again.👍

Good collection of the latest fashions and trends

I am a regular customer of Fabindia.
However, my recent experience was very bad at the Fabindia store of Mani Square. I went to the store to change a defective piece but the behavior of Mr Tapas at the reception was very rude and not at all customer friendly.

Initially he refused to entertain my complaint and
misbehaved. This is definitely not expected from such a reputed store.
After purchasing please all of you check your products before packing...and try to avoid this store.

It's not bad. However, you cannot have high expectations. If you want good clothes at a cheap price, this place is for you.
