Highly recommended. Okey, this place was full of colours and eye pleasing stuffs! The quality was fantabulous. The selection of fabric and colour is brilliant. Price is very reasonable. Staffs are very gentle and professional.
Have to take a few steps, if you go by a metro. Cabs are the best idea.

The overall usability is up to the mark. Very brilliantly designed Store.

It had a great women's collection, although men's collections were limited yet they had everything that was new to the lot. Happy shopping.💖

This is the only H&M store in Kolkata.
It is situated near Forum Mall ,Bhawanipur.
The nearest metro station from Store is Rabindra Sadan.
It has good collections of girls compared to boys/mens.

Lot of collection. Specially the lingerie collection is nice. A little pricy though..

IF YOU WANT TO BUY SOMETHING FROM H&M, I RECOMMEND YOU TO JUST CHECK YOUR FITTING AT THE SHOWROOM AND THEN BUY FROM THE ONLINE STORE. THE REASON IS GIVEN BELOW.

Very disappointed with the costumer service. First of all I wanted to use the washroom but it was locked. I in entire life have never seen a showroom where washrooms are locked. Secondly, in showrooms of most brands(like Lee, Pepe jeans, Levi's etc.), sales person immediately comes to greet you and assist with your purchase like showing you the correct size, more varieties of styles, designs and colours, tries to understand what kind of clothes you are looking for etc. . But here it was completely different. There was a suited man with a brand ID card who asked us to find the sales person, unfortunately which was very difficult because they were in "CASUAL DRESS" and weren't paying attention to the costumers at all. Then there was the trial room problem. There were only 4 trial rooms which was taking a huge time to try put the clothes. Further more they didn't even let us try out a jacket in the store, we had to go to the trial room. If it was a shirt or a pant then it was understandable but it was a jacket that people were on top of shirt. They also didn't have enough collection of clothes.

Pretty standard store! Two storeys....the staff was very helpful towards me for exchanging clothes! They weren't ignorant and the manager was especially well dressed guy, setting a great example! Checkout was quick n the cashier was very friendly. Plus the fact that the staffs we're wearing a casual outfit made it an even better casual place with good music!

A very good and trendy collection of clothes for both male and female. Kids section is also quite good . All sizes are in stock most of the times. Very attentive and helpful staffs.
