planet fashion is such a great shop for those who want more in some small amount.
they have lots of variety in clothing.
but you only find here third party products here, they won't sell original products.

Went in and asked if I can redeem my points as I got a msg from them saying points will expire on 31st Dec and was refused to be able to do so even if I opted for new u discounted stock. First of all, why do the points even have an expiration date? Aren't they a form of cashback based on the money that I only have spent. And secondly when they asked for my phone number to enroll me in the program, I was told I can redeem the points at any time except on discounted items. So basically they can sell ur phone number to other companies for their own profit, bombard u with msgs and calls of offers whenever they want. But its against their morals to inform a long standing customer of policy changes in their reward programs... Unethical and unconstitutional. Just putting up a placard saying ur reward points can't be redeemed rite now as company policy is borderline illegal. And obviously... When I wanna talk to a senior executive, he is on "leave". This has happened multiple times and makes me wonder if a senior manager even sits in the store ever. Would never visit again no matter how dire the situations. Attaching a pic of their placard stating the current policies so that u can save a trip going to the store if ur in the same boat as me.

Really shady practice of always keeping some discount scheme going on so a person can not redeem their points and come back again and again. if a person likes ur services, they will themselves come back irrespective of discounts.really disgusting.

Worst experience ever. Would never visit again. They don't understand a customer's plight but rather just push their own discounts. Much better to visit separate brands' showrooms....They literally copy van heusen's discounts without adding any of their own.
