1. How do the management expects the buyer to bring their own bag ?
2. They will charge for the carry bag which is purchased in their outlet. It's not fair.
3. They will not give your change back if it is ₹1,2,5. I asked them about the change, they are telling that they don't have change, if that is the case you can round off the value right ? It amounts to theft. POOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.

Right now reasonable offers are going on, bit of a more collections available. Very good care of customer service.

The Atmosphere was very Good , Nice place which is maintained cleanly. They provide various offers and even coupons but the only problem is there is very minimal collection

Dress materials good n affordable. Horrible in parking place, esp two wheelers. They should try to start one at Gem Nagar/ Collectrate area

Visited this December time. They had an offer, 4000rs off if you purchase more than 8000rs. They had some brands not in offer and we selected dress from brands which are in offer. At billing area, they scanned and said some 8000+ and with deduction its 4000+ something. And suddenly one other staff came and said that one shirt is not yet entered in the server, So you won't get offer. They expected me to buy without the offer and leave paying some 7000rs. When I said its not my fault. Suddenly some 4-5 staffs gathered at billing area and started saying that its not their fault. SO WHO'S FAULT IS IT? asking us to go get another dress. And we argued saying that we picked all these dresses from brands in offer and now you r saying that one shirt is not in your server, and how r we supposed to know "which dress is your server n not". But this is stupid fault which they should have immediately rectified and given me the dress, but they didn't. So we asked them to send a staff with us to tell us if any dress we select dress is in their server or not (face-palm time) and we selected another shirt and came and billed. The staffs in all floors r nice and helpful. But the billing area is a big nuisance. Before this shopping, my wife asked for some redeemable points from purchasing in Reliance shops in her phone saying there's some cashback points. They checked it in their system and said that the offer is not valid anymore and all points had become void some 3 months back (another face-palm time). Sometimes I wish I do some street vendor shopping instead of coming to these places, when they cooly say its not valid anymore and you have to take another dress. Come on guys, we customers break our head n feet to select / trial / and finally after lots of permutations we come to billing area and you lethargically say its not there..

Not a very good experience out there. This store doesn't look like having an updated collections. Generally trends have good collections in gents kids and women's but this place was not something I was satisfied. Not much offers or discounts also. But pricing is somewhat economical. If you buy for more than 2000rs they have some offers so if you are out there do check out. With hdfc debit cards you get flat 10% instant cashback so do carry a hdfc credit card without fail.

Feels Reliance trends created on their customer, Price range was very high and while compared with same product on online it is off half in price .

Buy online and even not wanted to give any star poorest store and sales man are make there commission. So stay away from them 😒 🙄 🙃 🙂

First of all, they are well sanitized and this branch is so clean. Sales person here are very customer friendly especially kirthana(who attended me). The collection here was pretty good particularly for Kurtis (the pictures are from first floor)
