4 brothers run the wholesale place. Initially wouldn't look like a shop or a store...no fancy decor or any bells n whistles....but once they patiently start showing you the sarees then you will realize that they have collection like an ocean....one really needs to have a lot of patience out there...for women who love to see multiple collections n spends hours deciding, this place is like a Disneyland for them. Parking space a bit limited for 4 wheelers...do ger in touch with Mr. Prasad for reaching there. He is the man who will help you out.

As we were searching through narrow lanes, never thought that the car shall be able to reach the place. And it's not a regular showroom unlike my earlier experience of buying saree from a regular shop. Its probably the ground floor of a residential place.
Both me and wife entered the place with abysmally dismal expectation. But once we started seeing the range of collection and their prices, I was thrilled with the surprise.

I had plan to buy just one saree, ended up buying four. There were so many beautiful pieces. Had to check the temptation to pick more.
Shall definitely visit again.

While visiting kanchipuram we visited this shop. It's not a swanky big shop, but located inside a residential building. The owners helped to find a parking. They have a wide variety of collections starting from 1000 upto 70k. As they are wholesalers, their rate is 30-40% lower than big shops like pachaiyappas. The staff were really cordial and showed us a lot of sarees to choose from. Overall I would recommend this shop to them who are visiting kanchipuram and wish to buy traditional kanchi silk sarees

It was an amazing and surprising experience to be honest. At first glance the place look like a random house located on a hard to reach by car place. Me and my wife's first impression weren't diffrent from that. Once i get in the impression stayed the same. My wife started to look at me with furious eyes; meaning " Where the hell did you take me.....??? You promised to take me to the best and authentic silk store in kanchipuram. " All of it changed in minutes. Once Mr Devaraj start showing the diffrent varieties and qualities of silk we are stunned to just know the variety type and price of the silk sarees. This place without doubt the best and unexpected place in kanchipuram to find the authentic weavers amazing abilities to create pure beauty. The price of silk is nearly half of that from my place. As i talked with Mr. Devaraj he told me about the shops from my town who come to him for giving wholesale orders.If you are planning a trip to kanchipuram and have plan to buy some authentic silk sarees..... This is the place to look for. From this experience I once again realises to never judge a book by its cover. The angry faced wifey come back with as happy as a kid just got a surprising gift.
