The Chennai Silks - Salem

Multiple floors of shopping arcade for all ages & occasion.. Well organised shopping experience, help at every step is offered..The showroom might look grand but the cloth quality and the collections are pretty average only considering the expensive price tags..Would like to give a shout-out to one who planned the poor parking space..a very congested one with poor valet parking service..

My first visit to the Chennai silks and it turned out to be the good one. Bought a chudi for the reasonable price

Got a spacious showing to have best shopping experience. The men's collection consist of various brand options to choose from. Kids collection is enormous but i felt bit costlier. Overall loved to shop at CS.

Our family purchase all items in Chennai silks only.
What ever function in our family we purchase here only.

Now kids collection is very satisfied. Compare to last time.

Collections is somewhat ok, but pricewise its high u can get the same brands on myntra at lesser price. customer service is good at the door step only!!!! inside there are some people not everyone doesnt treat u like a customer itself attitude will be there i dont wanna mention their names especially in the saree section

Poor customer satisfaction. They are treating the one who is exchanging the product so differently that they are not even bothered to show the collection despite paying extra amount to get a new saree. Employees are fighting infornt of the customer and not even attending us and it's time consuming. I have waited for more than 15 to initiate the billing process itself. Please look at this matter and take adequate action
