Good place to do all shopping in one place... Ample car parking available... Could have made the billing option to be available at any floor options, Instead we r forced to do billing in each floor and collect the items

Since the time of this branch started in Madurai, i always prefer festivities shopping Here only. The collections are improving year my year. Especially now men's collection is amazing.
Another important feedback , in the third floor near escalator the safety grids are too short and gap between grids should be smaller.they should make little taller to avoid children slipping through.

Pothys is a noted name in Textile business. All cloth materials are available under the single roof. For the Aadi Offer they have reduced the price for all the materials from 5 % to 50 %. Hence huge rush is there. The quality of the dress materials is good. We can find various varieties in designs and colors for our selection. We can get all dress materials from kids to senior citizens. Car parking is available at a different place.

Good place for entire family. One issue here is, you can’t make payment as whole for things purchased at all floors. If you are shopping at different floors, you have to pay there and collect the items there. This is annoying if you go with family and purchase at different floors finally you have to walk back to the respective floors to pay and collect the items. At least they should have enabled centralised payment.

Best store for your clothes shopping.
Best price ever seen at different varieties of clothes. More collections,more designs,more stuffs as you wish. Pure good quality for buying, worth of buying at their rates. Best service of the employees, but still a fault with the company to improve in more.

We visited Madurai during the Pongal festival from Maharashtra and had heard a lot about it. Ambiance was great. Lots of sarees. Uninterested, complacent staff. Actually they looked bored. No one wanted to show the sarees or guide us, even when we tried to speak in our limited Tamil language. We bought seven sarees ( even expensive one) but they miserly gave us only three bags. How is one supposed to give gifts if the pothy’s bag is not there? This was such a downer. Hope the management takes note of it. And actually does something about it.

Nice Experience..

A bit pricey compared to the other shops in Madurai. The quality of the clothes is good, so we can opt pothys. We have been purchasing here for many years. Look at the roofing details in silk section. I love it❤️ And the chairs are comfortable 😬so that we can rest peacefully when the parents are busy shopping 😁
