I almost lost 3.5 kgs in a month, second month is going on i had plan of reducing 5 kgs a month. Nice place, Genuine people, welcoming Therapists. Mr.Thomas is an excellent caretaker and therapist. Kudos to him. If I reduce 15 kgs in 3 months, I am likely to continue it. Hope it goes as planned.

Its an organisation which loot ppl,who despirately want to lose weight, who is depressed with heavy weight and clueless about what to do further.am not over weight,i went for inch loss,its waste of time and money.very poor hygiene.High chances for getting infections and skin diseases.the steam beds are not at all washed.and ladies working there are not professionally trained.They are like house hold maid.Never go there.
