Nice place. Large space. They have all ages and group, babies, kids, children, girls, boys, men and women. They have lot of sales person. One of the key store in Avadi (5km radius ). I was not happy with the quality of pant what i bought, but then exchanged. They could do with better quality and segmentation.

They need to change business model if they want to retain market in place, as they have competition added from Reliance and Max.

Suggestion for improvements.

1. Add floors ( Babies, Children, Women, Men)

2. Add more facility for customer like other store ( Rest Rooms/ Water points)

3. Food Court. ( multi floor model)

Hope they will consider my suggestion.

It is a very cheap and best to place to buy clothes m especially they have very good collection during this diwali and festival season. Also the shop os easily accessible in all modes of transport. The store is very near to Avadi railway station and also to avadi market bus stop, also the store have a decent two wheeler parking facility but car parking was not sure. The shop keeper also very kind and display many number of clothes

It's a good place for daily wear or festivals not for marriage or high end functions.

Don't expect too much as it's normal shop in avadi and price differs seasonal . visit once if you wanna buy inskirts , blouses etc

Allways check for mrp and cross with the bill they provide before you leave and ask for return period if any damages or size mismatch.

Very poor customer service, specially from the saree department. Today I visit the store with my mother to buy silk saree for her. We describe our choices to the salesman but he was busy to show his own choices. Even he was telling my mother that her choice is very old. Lots of collections are there but only because of inexperienced sales person we leave the place. Then we go to Arasu store just near sri Krishna store. There we got our choices. Their sales person is so calm to show the sarees on our choices..

The worst customer service. Especially in the boys t-shirt counter.A north Indian with stylish moustache, the hell that man treats us like as if we are getting things free out of his pocket. We are paying money we r not getting anything for free...he is an employee there..still his behaviour to show us the dress collection is terrible. PLEASE PREFER SOME NEAR BY SHOPS LIKE SREELEKHA , U WIL TRUELY EXPERIENCE A HUMBLE N COOL CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE

Very bad place . Don't buy there seriously because I brought a saree Approx -2500 / rs before a month now that saree fully starched/small hole in full saree. I asked but they not given proper solution after I thrown that saree his cash counter and comeback.very disappointed for his behaviour and materials. U are going to buy anything very very careful , or chose other option. Thanks
