Checked several times with the seller but was asked to wait another 1 week each time. I even asked them to refund if the shipping is taking long. They completely ignored the refund part and keep replying that shipping is free and they have to wait till they have a bigger stock to ship.
Waited another month after this excuse but nothing done. An official complaint will be filed to the Bank of Mauritius and Consumer Protection Unit so that the needful can be done to block or restrict this seller here.

I ordered few items back in September for a function and it’s been 3 months now, yet I haven’t received my package neither did I get my refund. The worse customer service I have come across till now. They never reply to my messages unless I comment on there sales on fbk! Now they have blocked me on social media too. I need my refund or my package. They lie too much, gives wrong information and very bad customer service. I’m not letting go of my refund or package… 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I placed my order on the 8th of Dec and asked for a tracking slip, I was told I will receive my order in 2 weeks. Every time I asked for tracking details I was told it will be sent to me “today”. Until 21st of Dec they kept saying the same thing and then I asked for a refund. They said the order has been processed and they can’t do the refund. I asked again for tracking details and I was given the details on 27th of Dec upon following up, and the courier date was 27th of Dec. All this while they were misleading me that my order has been shipped. Would have appreciated if they told us the truth about delays. Very disappointed with this service!!

They have so many collection of dresses. I loved all their range of clothes. In their shop the best thing is that you don't have to worry about the price as they have variety according to budget
