These days it is fashion to open ur site and start selling poor and worst quality product online without being professional at.
I ordered lahariya saree from here and it was delivered and the pink saree has white patches on it all over also completely wrinkled and not polished.
When I complained via mail there was no reply and I was so disappointed with there unresponsive behavior that I went ahead and wrote review on FB and later these people asked me to get it exchanged and asked my bank details and then after sometime they messaged me and threatened me saying WE Will Not Arrange Any Return or Replacement For You Since You Have Written Bad Review For Our Company. I have seen somebody for the first time in my life for online shopping being so rude and threatening a customer for writing a genuine review for the poor quality product and accepting the fact that it was bad they can not return and wants to keep my money for my review.........!!!!!!!! Don't Get Fooled By Such Online shopping website

I had trusted this brand but they sent me really poor quality stuff for the price I paid. I bought floral kaleera for my wedding that turns out to be unequal in length and the moment I touched it.. The ghungharoo started to come off. The colour of the flowers were a bit faded like they have been there for quite some time. They appeared good in picture but not good in quality when you received it. I am really not happy with the product quality.

Fraud company. They sent really poor quality material. It was also damaged. When we called for return, they spoke rudely and told that the cant take it back . Not worth even a penny. Please don’t buy anything from them . They are also on Instagram, they have so many followers, so that people look at that and trust them . But they are frauds . They put really good images and videos so that people look at that and purchase from them. What they give their customers is totally opposite. Poor quality!!

Placed an order on 2nd nov...no update till date...no email recd...terrible service

I ordered a lehenga material from them and the material is too less and barely sufficient to make for a teenager not even a medium size adult. The height is also small. They are simply not responding to emails or messages and thus we don’t know if we can even exchange. Very poor service. I might have to declare the charge fraudulent on my credit card, else we have lost the money. Hoping they contact us back for an exchange

Very bad service. Order placed on 4 th November. No information at all after the order.
I had to follow up on 16 th November and was indormed the unavailability of the product. I requested for the refund of the amount. Ans was asked to share details on whataapp. Details were shared.however instead of responding...the phone was switched off. No revert on. Email as well.

I called again on 17th November, and Swati answered the call. When I requested her to check on whatsapp..details of the order, the call was disconnected. I called twice immediately ..the call was answered in the second call. It was only after I threatedned to go social media...did she become softer and politer.
Goes to show they are not bothered about orders or updating their customers at all about the order. They are rublde and impolite. Never recommend anyone to deal with them. My amount is still pending...no refund yet.

Kamy here. My wife is a regular client of purchasing sarees from this site. My wife is hospitalized and placed order on hold. In return these people send pathetic messages stating that we are fed up and all nonsense.
Always remember no body does favour in this competitive world. We pay and you get. Dont send unprofessional msgs. Not interested in your site anymore. Train your staff how to respond to queries. Even rejection or cancellation can be done in a smooth manner.
