If you want shopping really good clothes then it's really a amazing store.

Most preferred clothing partner. Less variety as compared to other city stores but very glad to have this brand in Jaipur.

Worst store ever for billing and mismanaged even on non sale days ,i had to wait 45min just because system’s password for exchange was with manager and he was sitting on ground floor and exchange was available at 1st floor , very bad must not buy from such mismanaged brand , employee amrita,nadeem is stupid too dont have any proper management worst experience as always . No more shopping from zara💩💩💩💩💩

I have been shopping from Zara for about 4 years during my time in the US and Europe and this has to be the worst store they have. I wanted to return an item and they made the process soo complicated that I gave up on returning and also shopping at Zara. The employees at this place need s*x in their life so they stop being such as*holes

Love the store. Im a regular here but the new mens section floor manager lady is the most unpleasant and disrespectful human at this zara. So im going to go place the same order online instead of buying it here.

They have Awsome collection...i love their clothes...staff is friendly..and also you can easily return if it doesn't suit you or wrong size ...they never question why u want replace or return items...ome thing i don't like about zara that is sometimes their is long que at billing counter...why only one person present at counter while their is so many counter....they should improve their billing service...
