BIG CHEATERS....

Visited in July 22. Asked them for a rainy jacket. The salesman showed me rainsuit/jackets from range of 700 to 1300 Rs. I asked them for the best rainy jackets which can resist heavy rain. He showed me (as per him) one of the best rainy jackets worth 1600 rs. I bought it and now the experience is that it cannot resist drizzling rain also. The most worst experience i have ever had. The most worst Rainy Jacket I had ever bought.
Breach of trust I kept on them.
I would never suggest to visit this store.

Worst store ever, i have purchased jeans on emergency and it was promised that any issue they will refund money.

But there was a major issue near zip, so I went to shop for refund, they completely denied and asked us for exchange. I said I lost trust of giving jeans for such worse quality.

Finally they never agreed on several arguments.

It is best not vist such stores where they tie customer that only exchange is possible and even if they provide worse quality of cloth..

Online shopping is far better if we don't like even single rupee is refunded.

One of the oldest stores in Pune. They were the first one to get the Monte Carlo brand to Pune. The service and collection is excellent

Store working people r ok. But as I purchased about 20k items for USA travel and requested for discount and they rudely declined. There was no simple line of smile on face of lady sitting on counter. It's big purchase and one can't rudely say no discount. I think because of large no of customers visiting them made them forget politeness. If there is another option for such store, none should visit this shop.

As a mercy they gave me so called passport pouch free. Funny enough that it cannot fit passport properly. It goes so tight.. it's like city bus conductor chillar pouch 🙄...

Excellent place for winter shopping. Too many options and quite reasonable, specially for jackets.

Absolutely a must visit for warm clothing and travel needs to North America, Europe J&K, leh and Laddakh
