I rely on this store for all my office shirts. Think of them as your trusted tailor with an impeccable sense of what a great fit means. I have also come to rely on them for my casual apparel given how great it looks and how functional it is. Kajal, who looks after their fort store is super helpful and stays in touch with you through the period for which your order is being prepared. I had a particularly large order and she was instrumental in making sure that the fit was right with all my shirts.

Great experience overall. They got my measurements down really well and I liked the final fit of each shirt. They also have a great collection of patterns. Shout out to Riyaz and team for providing prompt and personalised service at the store. Will definitely be visiting again.

I had no idea ordering customised shirts would turn out to be such a pleasant experience. Kudos to Ms Kajal and her team at Bombay Shirt Co. (Kalaghoda store) for their patience and alacrity in handling and fulfilling the expectations of a picky customer like me. Great range and service. Riaz was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted. The shirts came out perfect. Would highly recommend!

I did one pima cortton premium shirt and paid over 9000 rupees for it. The fit was very tight and skinny although I explained to the staff beforehead that I want something comfortable and elegant.

The shirt was very short which is really a sign of companies cheaping out to save fabric, this length is necessary for tucking the shirt and when I confronted the staff they lied to me saying this short length is will make the shirt tuck in a better way! All they cared for is to get the shirt out.

The collar was short although I told them I want something classic which is usually 3-3.25 inches, they just want to be cheap and save on fabric.

Their stitch count is less than 16 stitches this a sign of bad quality.

There is no loop behind the buttons to make the closing of the shirt buttons easy. Also a sign of commercial bad quality because this has to be done by hand and they don’t want to spend the time on this.

Overall this is an average shirt that you can get anywhere elese for much less price, If you are in mumbai I advice you to go see a real bespoke tailor shop that offer real care and quality in what they do not just to get your money because of hype branding name.

Very Good Service and always Helpful. Especially the staff at the store is also really good. One staff person Riyaz was constantly giving me updates about my delivery and got them delivered in time.
