Rude staff when tried to contact virtually. Isn't ready to listen to the customers and seem unwilling to provide service

Staff members behave good, but at seasons and at weekends, the store has much rush and low availability of staffs and tailors, take some time and we have to wait for much time for our product

Dear owner of the Shop, this is for your kind attention.
Shop is good for kids uniform etc but staff is a bit rude. Yesterday I had a bad experience with the staff, so I cancelled the whole shopping from there and went to the shop next door. If you can teach your staff to be more polite, then it will be better for your business.
