Worst owner ever, one should not go for Batra if one have to buy any dress for gift purpose as they won't exchange it even within two days...
I would personally boycott this store & won't recommend this to anyone.
Specially the person at cash counter , they don't know how to treat the customers.

Very good and latest varieties and collection ,trend they are having and everthing fantastic there so i happy and they full fill customer expectations well and they deal as family 👍👍👌👌

Saree collection is very nice..we always get one or two sarees of our choice wherever we visit

Worst experience buying clothes from store. While selling they will tell nice things but if for some reason you want to exchange they will not entertain it and also behavior towards customer is not good. None of us is going to visit the store any more!

Absolutely dissolving the brand name and uses worse quality fabric, which gets depleeted and often torn even without wearing. Cloth is so vulnerable that it gets torn even due to folds, I highly do not recommend this shop, it's not worth the money.
