Went there twice, don’t go there seeing any kind of offers. After spending so much time... during billing stage you will realise that what was given to you does not have that offer but a different offer , both times billing counter was having Network issues and manual billing made us wait for an extra hour for billing / payment /delivery .
Even after billing delivery had mistakes like wrong baggage / missing items etc

Staffs r so inexperienced to handle the shop

The collection available of satisfiability ok.But not the best as other stores in town.
Not too rushed.Good if you need more time in selection process.

You wouldn't find a lot of collections but no w you have got good deals for Xmas, New year. And for ladies limited collections in western wear but can find good offers in jeans(50-off). Ethnic wear is good n they have gents n kids section as well. It has just opened in past 2 months . So expecting some more improvement in coming months. Ladies do check out the bags n sandals section you get good discounts 😬

Pantaloon Kottayam will surely mark it space in hearts of kottayamites soon, because of the location of the store, staff and ample collection of textiles spread in three stores.

Though you can identify the shop easily, getting into the store and going out from the store is hard, if you are driving against the traffic.

Extremely bad experience and never expected!!! Never ever believe them on the offers they provide. Last week I purchased for about Rs 2000 and while paying the bill they offered a gift voucher worth Rs 1000 for the next purchase if the total bill amount is above Rs 3000. I got carried away by them (Unethical group of people at the counter) and had to purchase for extra 1500Rs unnecessarily to make the total bill amount above 3000Rs. And they told us the gift vouchers would be sent by message to the given mobile number. And as not expected messages were never received and I called them several times and even talked to the store manager (who is good for nothing) who assured me sending the vouchers within 2 days and they were claiming the whole incident was a technical issue and I received nothing till date. The thing is that I am not worried about the gift vouchers, but for the false promises they make to the customers and cheat them at the counters. Truly a horrible experience!

The staffs are friendly. They don't have many varieties which suits the needs of all customers.
The location of the store is commendable.

Store is near to kottayam collectrate junction just after the kotttayam police station and opposite of bharat petrolium pump. Parking facility availabke here. Usually the place is not so crowded and you may have lots of place to park your dash. I dont find any good collection here for me. If you want to spend some money just spend it here. There are other stores with good collection in kottayam. Overall its a decent but not so good shop.

Great deals and good selection. Best place where we can purchase a complete look. Really had a good time . Staffs attitude is also great.
