Oola setup is the best way to say in malayalam. Pathetic customer service. They just started a shop in mid of kanjikuzhi town. Their setup is in such a way to serve only high profile people. I dont know what they are thinking. I found no experienced staff in the shop to assist. Come out of the shop because of poor service by the staff.

Good ambience. Great of colours. But I'm afraid the collection and size selection is subpar.

A premium retail chain dealing in hand-made/handicraft products. Hence the premium of these products and they are a bit pricey as well. They are famous for Indian ethnic wear in cotton/silk/jute. Product quality is excellent and they have some unique styles. This store is no different to any other Fab India store. I had shopped here only for clothes. Only challenge I faced is, some of the items didn't had my preferred size which also happens to be a common size. So, my requirement being urgent, I had to settle with another design where the size was available. Helpful & highly knowledgeable staff. Only street side parking available.

They have an amazing collection of clothes, accessories, home decor etc,but it's all a little expensive

Though it might look small from the outside, it's a well maintained outlet with a good collection of products. They go an extra mile with their customer service and support. Only downside the catalogue display is quite cramped and they have narrow aisles.

The ambience is really nice. They have really nice collection of ethnic wear. It would be nice if they included a little more collection of the sarees. But otherwise it's a pretty decent shop! Very friendly and polite staff!
