Sindur Kalpetta

It is one of the largest clothing stores located in the city of Kalpetta. Lots of collections are available here. I visited here for a wedding shopping. From the budget range to the most expensive clothing available here. This is a nice spacious showroom. The staff's treatment of customers is also very good. It was very busy when I visited here as well as there is a nice parking area here.

considering rich and poor some staffs!! Without that the showroom is better..They should work on staffs not the showroom.And adding more dressing rooms would make it not time wasting! A sea of collection to choose from!And should add music!!!

I am a customer of Sindur. I bought a wedding dress kurthi for my engagement on 10/09/2022. The quality of the dress was very cheap, but the appearance was good. When I first used it (on my engagement day) it ripped, after that I bought a girls churidhar pant from the local shop. After that, I informed your employees in the accounting department and asked for compensation (reduction from today's purchase).They're not all ready for my compesation.i felt so bad and disappointed with customer care

Very bad shopping experience. When I reached for payment, the person at the section says Card Payment not accepted. They were arrogant when I asked for the reason for not accepting card. Their reply was "Its not our problem, its fault from bank side". When i was making the payment by other option, a "special customer" came and they accepted card from him. I felt such differential treatment in discount also.
They generally do great customer service and so have many loyal customers. But it seems like they became arrogant/overconfident due to large scale business and huge profits.

Dresses are good quality and collections.
But now feel like it's bit costlier and quality also not like before. Please take look at stock.

The best dress shop in Kalpetta. Good services, quality items. I like their 4th floor stuffs always

Pretty famous in the wayanad region! Definitely worth the name they've earned! Very very courteous staff! Ladies collections were plentycompared to men
