Good choices for kids, men & woman but there is no many selection for gents sandals.

Good and well maintained toilets, well lighted, clean place for shopping.

No parking space, please come in weekdays to kick away crowds. A family oriented place!

There is a good selection of dresses here and the staff is customer friendly.This is very useful for those who are here. As it was Vishu time, I saw many offers here yesterday. There is ample parking facility here.

- Customer service need bit improvements. some executives were helpful but not so organised.
- Parking available in front of building and a small ground on opposite side of road. Could have been helpful if security help elderly /kids to cross the road to parking.

Good quality dress at affordable price. tshirt and jeans of Max are my favourite.

But Max footwear and shoes are cheap quality and over priced.

My experience in Max shopping mall was a very bad one. The problem was neither the products nor the service, but charge on the purchasing bag that you have levied amon the customers. You have charged 8 rupees for the bag for absolutely no reason. Charging this cost for a purchasing bag is a big disrespect and disregard for the customers.

I had one of the worst customer experience yesterday , I took a mens jeans with price tag 1599 and also another tag which says 50% off on mrp and when I went to billing the cashier said the offer ended last day and theres no discounted and it was wrongly put …as a customer i am not satisfied with their reasons for not discounting and i left it at the counter and left….
Dont recommend shopping at this place
