Puri Silks Store - Clothing Store in Hamirpur

Someone in my relation suggested to visit this shop. I went there for buying clothes for relatives that my family planned to gift our relatives during my wedding.

Firstly, the owner of this place was not at all Customer welcoming and had a rude tone.

Second, we bought around 90 pieces of suits (including women suits and shirts & pants for men) and the price that was billed was exactly the same that they printed on their stickers with suit. And they didn’t even bother giving 1 rupee discount. BTW, our bill was a total of 70 thousand rs.

Third, the shop is located in the narrow street of Hamirpur market and they didnt even bother asking if we need help in getting packages to our car. So we had to first go to the parking lot and bring our car in front of the shop so we can pick up the stuff.

4th, its been over 4 months since my wedding and now we’ve started hearing from our relatives about the cloth’s bad quality. At least, 10 pieces of clothes that we bought for over 9 thousand rupees had this quality issue. Not sure how many other such cases are there, as not all relatives will complain about this.

5th, we went to the shop to get some of these pieces exchanged (that we had with ourselves) and share the feedback about the bad quality, but the owner instead of accepting the their fault blamed the tailor.

Also, this time as well, there was no regard given to the shame we felt about the bad quality clothes and we had to buy other clothes and pay more.

Never going to shop or recommend this shop to anyone.

Worst customer services. Do not have manners to deal with customers. My biggest mistake visiting the shop. Have to wait for 10-15 minutes and no one attended or bother to serve.Busy in own talks. Owner do not have positive attitude and etiquettes to deal with customers.

Thanks to Puri silk nd to the every staff member who is everytime in the service to make there customers feel comfortable to purchase .they wonderfully know what is the real relationship of an shopkeeper nd a customer. So familiar ,cost of clothes is not that much higher or lesser as well.thanks to you all to help me in purchasing for my wedding 🤗though m not good to choose something ,but u all well helped me.

I like the their hospitality and humble nature with the collection they have kept. You can get everything possible outfit of your choice. Lehngas saree, shrara, plazo unstitched suit.

Very discussion service I ever seen. They have no manner how to deal with customer. Very poor serve provided by #puri silk owner.

Worst customer dealing , totally unprofessional. Owner doesn't have manners to talk.
